Ring size guide — Lucienne
All you need is a thread and a ruler. It takes two minutes.
Measure with a thread
Wrap a thin thread around the base of your finger, mark where it meets, then lay it flat and measure it in millimetres. Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are a little bigger.
Read the size
In Egypt the ring size is the inner circumference in millimetres minus 40. So 54 mm is a size 14, 56 mm a size 16.
- Size 12: 52 mm around, 16.6 mm across
- Size 14: 54 mm around, 17.2 mm across
- Size 16: 56 mm around, 17.8 mm across
